Pay & how to apply
Compensation
Event Specialist is a paid independent contractor (1099) role. Pay is per event and typically around $20 per hour; the exact amount depends on the event, role, and hours. Some events also include tips, bonuses, or commission opportunities. You invoice for the hours you work and are paid promptly after each event.
What's included
Flexible scheduling (pick the events that work for you), paid training as needed, a fun on-site work environment, and a variety of events. As a 1099 contractor role, this position does not include traditional employee benefits such as health insurance or PTO.
