Overview
The BMW Car Club of America needed premium entertainment for their annual fall car show in downtown Denver — an event that shut down an entire city block and attracted hundreds of BMW enthusiasts and families. DRS Events delivered our full-motion racing simulator configured with BMW M-series vehicles on iconic racing circuits. We set up in the street activation zone with triple-screen displays visible to spectators, creating a crowd magnet. Live leaderboards displayed throughout the day fueled friendly competition among CCA members.
Results
Over 100 participants competed throughout the day, with wait times peaking at 20+ minutes during lunch hours. Event organizers reported the simulator was the most photographed activation at the show.
